Where should we start?
I am happy to meet and discuss what you are looking for! It's perfectly okay to not know what you are looking for yet, that's why I'm here! Let's talk through the what you are hoping to get covered and find a plan that works best for you!
Do we need to provide anything for the photographer or videographer?
It’s always helpful to provide the videographer with a timeline of the day, a list of important moments (e.g., first look, speeches, first dance), and any special requests you have. Also, ensure that they have access to key locations, such as the ceremony site and reception venue.
How long will it take to receive the final wedding video and photos?
Typically, wedding videos take about 8-12 weeks to be delivered, depending on the photographer and videographer’s workload. We do also provide sneak peaks too! Be sure to ask for an estimated timeline when booking.
How does payment work?
We require a 30% deposit to secure your spot! Once your package is finalized you will receive a contract outlining the details. You will then receive an invoice for the deposit and remaining balance. The remaining balance must be paid one week prior to your the event day.
What states do you work in?
We are based in Northern Virginia and offer my services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. I’m also available for travel upon request, with an additional fee for destinations outside my primary service area. Let's talk about it more and make it work!
Can we choose specific songs for our wedding video soundtrack?
Many videographers will allow you to suggest songs, but it’s important to keep in mind that there may be licensing restrictions. Most videographers have access to royalty-free music libraries that they use to ensure the video can be legally shared. If you have a specific song in mind lets discuss it!
Do we feed wedding photographers and videographers?
Wedding day can be a long day and we get slightly hungry. Vendor meals are greatly appreciated and allow us to stay on our game and make sure not a moment is missed!
What if there are things I want that are not in your packages?
That is perfectly fine! We love branching out and trying new things. Out goal is to help you have the most perfect day possible and we are happy to be flexible and make sure everything you want is covered! Let discuss what you are looking for and make sure that we can make it work!
